Many people don’t understand that being a journalist is tough and sometimes can be harder than it seems.

Janet Cooke learned that the hard. Many cases of fabricated stories have been written but the story I’m following is of an article called “Jimmy’s World“. Cooke’s story about a young eight year old  heroin addict turned a lot of heads good and bad. She even won the highest award in journalism the  Pulitzer Prize. A story like that would make anyone suspicious about the young boys where abouts. She was asked about where he was located or even if the story was realistic or credible. Bottom line Cooke was caught and exposed. The questions everyone is now asking is “where is she now“. Google claims Cooke is currently living in Kalamazoo. Michigan and working as a clerk in a clothing store.
