Today we meet one of our 22 new teachers that have landed teaching jobs at Cesar Chavez High School for the 2019-20 school year.

The second new teacher we sat down with and got to know is, Ms. Perry, our new world history teacher. 

Who? Ms. Perry ( world history)

Q: What made you decide to work at Cesar Chavez? 

A: I interviewed with the principal and I really liked the principal’s attitude.

Q: Since school started, how do you like it? 

A: I really love it and all the kids.

Q: What subject do u teach and why did you decide to teach it? 

A: I teach world history now. I’ve never actually taught world history before, but I have taught US History and economics. I didn’t decide to teach world history, instead I was chosen to teach it.

Q: Before you started teaching at Chavez what was your old job like?

A: I was actually a teacher at another school, same thing just a different school.

 Q: How do you feel about the staff at Cesar Chavez?

A: The staff are very friendly.
