The different watery mouth flavors is all you hear about when you ask about the best seafood restaurant in town. Anyone can make food but not everyone can make food that tastes good.

Mariscos El Cachanilla in Stockton, Ca, 4127 Westlane, 95204

Jorge Sanchez first started his business in Stockton, CA. His business all started in a small taco truck on MIner and Channel St, he started off with no customers just like every other new business. As soon as people started trying his delicious food, the raved about then later lead Jorge into have more and more satisfied customers. Which lead him to getting a bigger location where he currently remains in.

Jorge’s seafood isn’t just any seafood it has the flavor and culture of Mexicali, Baja California. He prepares each dish with uncommon flavors and mixture of sauces, and every bite is something amazing. Not only do you get a dish that looks amazing, you also get the love, effort and time that was spent on the dish. “Prepare a dish how you would want someone to prepare you a dish.” Jorge says.

The interior of Mariscos el Cachanilla is more of a beachy theme. It has palm trees, alot of seatings, clean enviromental, decorative walls and friendly staff.
