Alexis Vega is a Mexican professional soccer player who plays for Chivas and the Mexican National Team.
He was born and raised in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, Mexico. In his teenage years, he was awarded the Golden Ball for best player and was included as one of the tournament’s best. Vega started his Soccer career back in February of 2016 when he made his senior team debut in a home league game against Pachuca. His passion for soccer rubbed off from his dad, Ernesto Vega.
Chivas paid about $9 million for the rights to Alexis Vega, his transfer to the team was one of the most expensive in the history of the club. He is currently 25 years old and plays on both soccer teams. Alexis plays forward on both teams, C.D. Guadalajara (#10, Chivas) and the Mexican National Soccer Team (#10).
