Joe´s Crab Shack Review

My best friend and I went to Joe’s Crab Shack in Sacramento and I was super excited to go. I love seafood, it’s one of my favorite foods and I am a big big fan of crab.

On the way there my expectation are running high because I have heard about this place so many times, but have never ate there. Prior to this I had been to the Boiling Crab in Sacramento. The Boiling Crab serves more of a Cajun style.

From Stockton it was about a 40-50 minute drive into Old Sacramento. Old Sacramento is always a fun place to walk around. I ordered Alfredo pasta and we all just shared a big thing of snow crab legs. The pasta was delicious one of the best pastas I have ever tasted actually. The flavor was there and it was the perfect combination of sauce and everything.

The crab on the other hand was horrible it had no flavor it was literally just dry and salty crab meat. No flavor whatsoever. I was so disappointed and out of a 10 it was a 2 for the crab the place overall was more like a 7 as it was really nice looking out on the water and the servers were really nice. For my experience though, I just would not recommend going if you are looking for crab that is prepared well.
