It is a Chinese cooking technique that is fried with a small amount of oil that is very hot. Additionally, it originated from China and in recent centuries and it started to spread to parts of Asia and the West. However, the one that is mostly made in the West is stirred fried broccoli and beef. There is this house that makes different kinds of stirred fried and it taste the best, for only 20 dollars in a plastic food bin to take home or to stay and eat in the house. This place has no name but people call it, “The Stirred Fried House”.
The main dish for this place is broccoli and beef because the customers mostly buy this dish. appearance is beautiful, it is seasoned with garlic, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, and fish sauce. Then on the bottom their is rice and broccoli on the topped and plated on a plate, of course. It smells like fried Asian chips that had been cooked a few minutes ago that is beef flavor. When it touches your tongue the juice of the beef and broccoli slide through your throat that you will ask for second plates. Next, the taste is extraordinary, like your eating 4 star food. It’s value is amazing because you get a so much just for only 20 dollars and tastes good.
Furthermore, the secondary dish is chicken with onions and bell peppers. This dish’s appearance is average with just a normal smell of onions and spicy jalapenos. The texture for this is awesome though, it is smooth and easy to eat, so you won’t be chewing the chicken for hours. That’s why this house cooks it right where it needs to be at. In order to cook it like this is to put the temperature to 110-120 degrees on a nonstick pot or medium pan. Also, the value is normal because you get a medium amount of this type of dish on a plastic plate, instead of a big food bin like the broccoli and beef.
Their kitchen is medium size with 6 lights and with one table for the customer’s and the family. The stove is located in the middle when you enter the kitchen and a microwave on the top. Also, the sink is close to a window on the left. The kitchen wall is dark orange, while the living room is yellow. Many random people go to this house when they hear that they’re food is something you should buy when your hungry with no food in the fridge.
People in this neighborhood recommend this house because of the amount they give which makes it worth buying. Plus the food makes you full and you don’t need to eat for the whole day. Also, their are more things on the menu you should try out that interests you.
