Ever heard of raw fish? Ever tried raw fish with vinegared rice? Ever tried raw fish with vinegared rice wrapped in seaweed? Its called sushi!

The original type of sushi was first developed in Southeast Asia and spread to south China before introduced to Japan. It was meant to keep meat fresh without refrigeration, by wrapping the meat in rice to preserve its freshness. It was then left for several months to ferment and eventually when enough time had passed the rice was thrown away and the meat was eaten. This idea spread throughout China and eventually into Japan. However, Japan took a step forward with this, as they would help the fermenting process by adding wine or sake to the rice. Centuries later people started to add vinegar instead to speed up the fermenting process so they wouldn’t have to wait so long for their sushi. Before they knew it sushi became a worldwide food!

Craving sushi yet? Luckily there is an amazing restaurant in Stockton called Sushi House Buffet. It is located at  7916 West Ln # 225, Stockton, CA 95210. This buffet offers a variety of food. Food such as steamed buns, miso soup, clams, fried shrimp, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, boiled eggs, and much more!

Are you drooling out of your mouth yet? You shouldn’t, the sushi isn’t even here yet! This buffet offers a variety of food but they serve amazing sushi! One of my favorite is the Dragon Roll. It has eel, cucumber, rice, seaweed and wrapped in avocado! It also has an amazing look, along with its power to pull you in and just eat it! Once you eat it you’ll feel like a dragon, that is, if you eat it with wasabi. Nonetheless, the Dragon Roll still tastes amazing without wasabi. They say the first bite is always the best bite…WRONG. For this roll, every single bite tastes amazing. It makes the eater an uncontrollable sushi beast. Once the first piece is ingested, there is no stopping.

Running out of saliva yet? Well, prepared to be. Not only does this buffet offer amazing sushi it has delicious Chinese food! Along with your sushi, its an all you can eat Chinese food! Chowmein, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken! However, eat at your own risk because one can only eat so much delicious food!

Despite the amazing food, the inside could be improved on. For example, the paint. It is kind of faded and chipping off and the booth! The booth is quite small and could use some expanding. However it does have a large area for people such as families to dine together and smaller areas for couples to dine.

Excited for some sushi with Chinese Food on the side? This is the place to go! An endless amount of sushi ready to be eaten by you, your friends, anyone! Its guaranteed a happy meal! Its the place to make memories with friends and the place to stuff your face with sushi!
