One of the greatest TV shows of all time, is The Walking Dead. It is broadcast on Sundays at 8 p.m, on channel 62. This show is interesting, mysterious and full of gritty drama.

 Andrew Lincoln who plays the main role as Rick Grimes is a very fearless and outrageous character. Rick grimes is not afraid to speak his mind. He does as he pleases and does anything in his power to keep his loved ones safe. In the show he is a sheriff in a small town. Sarah Wayne Callies plays his wife, Lori Grimes. She is a lovely person who cares for her family, but yet a dramatic person as well.

 This show might seem like any other violent show but its not, because it has a twist to it.T his show is based on how you survive when the whole entire city is invaded with zombies. When everything you do will be based on the sake of your people. Rick Grimes has a son named Carl (Chandler Riggs). Carl is a young boy growing up in a evil world that it’s now become.

 Even though “The Walking Dead” is full of violence, it is entertaining, mysterious and enjoyable to the people who watch it. The show is about staying alive. Hoping you won’t get bit by the zombies and about who you choose to care about and well risk your life for.

In season one episode one, it begins with officer Rick Grimes and his best friend Shane Walsh (Jon Bernthal). As they’re having lunch in a cop car, a call comes in about a car chase and other officers needing backup.Rick takes the call. Further a do they’re at the highway having a shoot out. When suddenly Rick gets hit but luckily his vest blocked the bullet. Shane helped pick up Rick off the ground. Rick then falls to the ground once more with a huge wound on the side of his rib, he got shot. Rick fell into coma for several days. Once he woke up everything was different, everyone was dead. He then began searching for his family who he found,along with his best friend Shane and other survivors.

 The Walking Dead has had 8.7 million ratings over the years. This show is highly recommended to those who love drama and zombies.
