New to the 2018-2019 school year will be the ability to travel off campus for lunch for CCHS students have the opportunity to have off campus lunch this year. Lunch is 30 minutes so if students go over that their is consequences. Mrs. Jackson personally feels that off campus is a good thing. Depending where you go to have lunch during off campus. Their is McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Little Cesar’s, Subway, Wendy’s, Burger King, Taco Truck, KFC, and much more.

A typical trip out to lunch will consist of 7-10 minute drive to a restaurant, followed by 3-5 minutes to order the food and then cap in 7-10 minutes to drive back. In doing the math we can see that we only have about 5-13 minutes for eating lunch. It will take about maybe 7-8 min drive. If you simply follow the suggestions outlined here you should be just fine in making back in time for your next period.
