Jasmine, sophmore at Cesar Chavez, Junior Varsity girls soccer says, ” work hard, play hard.”

Jasmine says, ” Although I’ve been playing for only one year, I feel the most inspired when I’m playing. Having my stepdad and sister being so supportive makes it even better.

” Playing soccer and having homework, on top of at home chores is a struggle, but I know I can do it, it means just that much to me,”

” Tryouts weren’t as hard as I thought it would be” says Jasmine, I guess going to conditioning really helps and prepares you.”

Jasmine says soccer hasn’t always been a passion of hers, but watching her sister play, having fun and making friendships was amazing.

” My plan is to continue playing soccer and hopefully make it a career. I love it!”
