On September 20 and 21 the Drama Club produced the play, The Middle of Yesterday. The play was chosen and directed by Mr. Castanon, the CCHS drama teacher. They Chavez Drama successfully showed the effects on Alzheimer’s through the play. It focused not only on the person who has Alzheimer’s, but also the family members that try to cope and deal with it. The production showed a good balance of happiness, sadness, and anger. There were only a few hiccups here and there, but overall it was a well put together show. The actors all did an amazing job along with all the tech and ushers which the show could never run without.
