The celebration of CCHS Students becoming seniors started with Senior Sunrise on August 17th.

This event allowed all of Chavez seniors to enjoy homemade food, enjoyable atmosphere, and a great time with friends. The breakfast 

was pancakes, sausage, eggs, fruit, and more. It was served to CCHS Seniors by the school chefs and staffs who also deserve much of the credit for a wonderfully ran event.

This year they also included a photo session where students could capture the memories of the event. Everyone was having fun dancing to music and joking around with the rest of the attending senior students. Senior Sunrise really captured our class of 2019 as a whole and helped create an even closer community.
