Good Bye CCHS

When I first walked on to this campus 4 years ago, I never imagined that this would become my place of refuge. This is my home away from home. It’s still quite a shocker that it’s all about to be over. It feels like I’ve been here for a lifetime, and I’m proud to say that it was one lifetime I won’t forget.

Being an athlete here has taught me a lot about family and overcoming adversity. Throughout my years here I was given the opportunity to be an exceptional underclassman athlete. I played all varsity sports. To my coaches thank you for never giving up on me. For pushing me to be my best I have nothing but the up most respect for each of my coaches.  You guys pushed me so hard that My senior year I was a first team all league athlete, Team MVP, SUSD Volleyball Player of the Year, and the CCHS 2015 Female Athlete of the Year.  Because of you I have accomplished so much and I’m proud to be a Titan.

To the teachers that pushed me and told me that I’m more than just an athlete, I’m a student athlete thank you. I was so lazy when I first got here but thanks to teachers like Mrs. Wertz  I have strived in my academic performance . I have maintained a 3.0 or better G.P.A. my senior year. For all the help you’ve given me whether it be with school or my mom’s illness or loosing my friend Al in that car accident. My teachers have always been here to have my back. They’ll always gave my situations compassion and kindness. Again thank you for all the support.

It seems like I’ve been here for a lifetime. Sad to say I’m going to be leaving Chavez behind, but I will always carry the Memories. Even though my branching off from this big family tree, I will never forget my roots. I bleed black & gold forever .

GOOD BYE CCHS ! ALL HAIL THE QUEEN ! C/O 2015DSC_1856
