Heidy Phan Moy

Heidy Phan Moy was killed April 17, 2014. Eighteen-years-old and a senior at Cesar Chavez High School, Heidy was involved in a suspected drunk driving related accident. Heidy was on her way to school to meet friends to have birthday cupcakes before first period. Heidy’s friends were planning a surprise morning birthday celebration at the time of the accident.
