Aleah Nyhol Antoinette Traylor

Aleah Nyhol Antoinette Traylor was killed April 16, 2014. Seventeen-years-old and a senior at Cesar Chavez High School, Aleah and three friends were hit by a suspected drunk driver. Aleah, Celeste Jones, Brina Ieremia, and Ebone Jacko were in Brina’s car traveling southbound on Pacific Avenue when they were hit by a car that sped through the intersection of Swain and Pacific. Brina and Celeste were rushed to a near by hospital and taken into emergency surgery but never showed signs of brain activity. Aleah and Ebone were ejected from the vehicle due to the force of impact and were pronounced dead at the scene.

Aleah enjoyed playing softball and had plans of attending college in the fall and earning a PHD in psychology.

Aleah is survived by her mother Antoinette Traylor, siblings Bobby and Jordan Traylor and grandparents Mary Jackson and Ruby Nero.

A memorial service for the four girls will be held at Cesar Chavez High School on April 25, 2014, at 2:00 p.m.
