Pancit: Will It Make Your Life Longer?

One of the best thing you could ever have is food. Let’s be real, foods are deliciously awesome. Whether its for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. Food is food. It can do alot of things to yourself and other people. It can make you gain weight if you eat too much, unless you have high metabolism then probably not. Some people gain weight if they eat lots of foods, and some just really doesn’t. Even if they eat a ton of foods. An example of food that almost everyone, specially kids, loves is chocolate. Yes. Chocolate. It can make people hyper, and go around the house crazy. But that’s only basic food.

Now let’s talk about cultural food. Not all people have the same tastes on food. Some sticks with cultural food that they’re used to eating in their everyday lives. Maybe because their parents cook it all the time. Or maybe they just love it so much that they never get tired of it. There are alot of cultures in this world. Such as Filipino Culture.

I, myself, is a full Filipina and was born in the Philippines. There are tons of Filipino cultural food and one of the best and well-known food is Pancit. It is very easy to cook, and trust me, you’ll love it as much as I do, no matter where you’re from and what your culture is. There is a saying from our Filipino ancestors that if you eat Pancit all the time, it’s going to make your life longer. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but it’s still one of my favorite food.
