March 10 is Super Mario Day, and as we get closer, many people expect to see a new major Mario title on Switches 1 and 2, like Super Mario Galaxy 3 or another Super Mario title. This year would mark 40 years since Super Mario Bros. came out to the world and sold a lot of copies.
I do feel we might get a new Mario title and many things to celebrate Super Mario’s 40th anniversary. However, Nintendo could hold off on any significant title announcement until the Switch 2 direct on April 2. Either way, I’m excited about Super Mario Day on March 10.
